The Gloria is an old rectory dating back to 1807 and was used as such until 20 years ago.

We acquired the house from the parish of Assumption in 2022 and spent more than 1.5 years extensively renovating, refurbishing and modernizing it in close consultation with the monument authority, so that today you can enjoy modern living comfort in a historic ambience.

Kaminzimmer. Links ein rustikaler Schrank, daneben der Kamin mit einer Einkerbung in der Wand, welche mit Holzstücken befüllt ist. Danaben der Kamin, welcher in die Wand eingebaut ist. Gegenüber des Kamins steht ein brauner Hocker, mit einem Stück grauem Fell und zwei Kissen in einem dunklem Gelb-Grün und das andere in schwarz. Über dem Hocker hängt ein buntes, abstraktes, handgemaltes Bild, welches ein Haus mit Bäumen abbildet, welches vor einem kleinen Fluss steht mit einem kleinen Boot.

Frequently asked questions

Are pets (dogs) allowed?

We also have a dog ourselves and he loves being here – so a very clear “yes”. The house has a large fenced garden where dogs can run free.

Where can I get the key for my accommodation?

The house is equipped with an electronic locking system, we change the code for each guest individually. Each code has a clearly defined start and end date, including the exact time, which means that you can safely enter the house at 4 pm on the day of arrival and be sure that the previous tenant no longer has access.

When can I move into my accommodation on the day of arrival?

The house is available freshly cleaned from 16.00 on the day of arrival.

When do we have to leave the accommodation on the day of departure?

We ask that the house is vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. If no direct successor tenant should follow, the departure can take place after arrangement also later.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, you can expect made-up beds and towels for the bathroom and sauna.

Is coffee available?

Yes, coffee is available.

Are there parking spaces at the house?

Yes, there are 2 free parking spaces on the property and a free parking lot directly opposite.
